Dissension Design Diary

Wizards of the Coast just added a new design diary to their Magic area. Okay, it's not EXACTLY new... this is essentially the diary that they gave InQuest Gamer a while back with new material added in that they couldn't cover in a preview as well as stuff cut for size.
