A Lovecraftian Diorama

Something, such as the way the night sank into the Church, like India Ink poured into a stagnant pool, might have given him unease, had he not still had visions of the hill of Passchendaele before his eyes. Though as he stared vacantly, something around the Church, a slight sparkle of vermillion perhaps, hinted in his peripheral vision.

Donal Buckly posted some photos of his old Free-Will Church based on, I think, The Colour Out Of Space by H.P. Lovecraft. It's a nice piece and the photography does it great justice as well.
