Jay's Off to Gen Con
Just a quick heads up.
Jay is going to be in Indianapolis all week for Gen Con. This means that if you order decals (or ordered any this week) the orders won't get fully processed until next week.
Also, if you're going to be at Gen Con please stop by Octopi's booth and say hi. I will be there helping them to show off their new online collectible miniature game, PoxNora.

So.. Gen Con.
I'm having a good time. Today is a work day but yesterday I got a chance to look at a lot of things and even try out some stuff.
I played a little Rezolution, which is a tactical SF miniatures game from Aberrant. It's pretty fun and has sort of a Cyberpunk aesthetic.
I picked up a copy of Hollow Earth Expeditions which is a roleplaying game about journeying to the center of the earth.
I also picked up a copy of Artestia which is a fantasy roleplaying game based on a comic book series. It's beautiful, but I haven't really had much of a chance to read it.
I picked up the latest Gaunts Ghosts novel and had it signed by Dan Abnett (the author).
I watched a demo of the upcoming World of Warcraft CCG. Looks pretty fun overall. I like what they're doing with the Raid rules as well. I think that this one is going to be a winner.
I picked up a work surface for painting that's silicone on one side and teflon on the other. NOTHING sticks to it, so it makes a great painting table cover.
More impressions as time permits.
